Level 102/103 Consultation Calls:
These calls are not considered supervision. They are to assist a person in facilitating ITR with Accute/Simple and Complex Trauma.
The Peer Group Consultation Calls consist of 10 group 80-minute calls and a final 50-minute exit call to prove competency using ITR with complex trauma.
Once the ATC 102/103 courses are purchased and activated with the participation agreement, a learner will be added to the email list and has 6 months to participate in the 10 calls whenever they choose to.
The last :30 minutes of each call is reserved for any case questions sent in advance or course work presentations of learners active in the ATC 102/103 self-paced course.
Anyone is welcome to stay on for the Q and A session at 12:50 pm or jump off.
Please email us questions or requests for time to show course work at [email protected] Please put “Consult Call Question” in the subject line.
Two of the 10 calls are to be used to present a simple and complex or two complex Graphic Narratives and two Externalized Dialogues done with a volunteer or a client. We recommend a volunteer/colleague for faster results.
The ITR Checklist should be filed out before the presentations with appropriate assessment scores. The exit call presentation needs to be another (different) complex Graphic Narrative and a Guided/Unnamed Externalized Dialogue from a volunteer or a client with the checklist filled out.
It is helpful to do a presentation within your first 5 calls. Use the ITR checklist to be sure the presentation is complete.
Email [email protected] to signup to present work or ask any questions. Send in the checklist before your presentation so the trainers know what to expect.
During or after the 10 calls a student can register for 30- or 50-minute private consultations calls or join the ITR Pro Partnership to save on unlimited consultation calls, have access to the webinar library and get a 10% discount on all private calls and courses.
After the 10 calls are completed, a student can also register for another round of 10 calls or join the ITR Pro Partnership for unlimited calls and support.
Calls are 12:00-1:20 pm Eastern Time Every Wednesday on Zoom (some holiday exceptions).
Reminder emails are sent out on the Monday before the call with the presenters listed.
A "Learner Confidentiality Agreement" must be signed once before joining the Peer Group Consultation Calls.
A learner has the opportunity to discuss and present ITR Implementation for at least 2 cases (one can be simple and the other complex). Send in a filled out checklist BEFORE you present to let the trainer know what you will be presenting, These are attached to every email.
The presentations include what is on the ITR Checklist:
- The person's brief history (timeline).
- True Self & Parts Maps (and any relevant material such as Parts drawn)
- Pre- and post- assessments (e.g.DRS, ACES. TAS, IES, etc),
- 1 simple and 1 complex (or 2 complex) Graphic Narratives®
- 2 Unnamed/Guided Externalized Dialogues® preferred connected to the GN. (A Part Interview alone does not count for an Externalized Dialogue.)
- Post-assessments (e.g.IES, TAS, DRS, etc)
Level 103 Exit Call (50-minutes). A learner MUST present the full checklist with a new COMPLEX Story and Externalized Dialogue.
- Show your ability to work with a client and implement the ITR psychoeducation and protocol effectively.
- Facilitate a full ITR program session from start to finish as if doing it with a client.
Successful completion of the final exit call will deem someone an ITR Certified® Trauma Specialist or Trauma Recovery Coach.
The trainer may require you purchase a new 30- or 50-minute consultation call if there are issues you need to resolve in your presentation. These calls can be purchased as many times as needed.

I love ITR. I think it will revolutionize mental health and trauma treatment. I think everyone should be trained in the ITR model. It’s effective. it’s quick, but most of all it reduces trauma symptoms and that’s what we want, these children and these adults to have healthy, happy lives."
